Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of chromagraphx.writ.app and set out the basis on which Chromagraphx, LLC provides printing and sign services. By using this site, submitting an enquiry, uploading a file, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Us
This site is operated by Chromagraphx, LLC, a digital printing and sign services company located at 500 Alakawa Street, Unit #212, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Chromagraphx, LLC. References to "you" mean the person or business using this site or ordering from us.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and send us files for a job. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact details from the site;
- Upload material you do not have the right to send us.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Orders
Information on this site, including any service list or turnaround claim, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices are quoted per project.
A quote is an estimate based on the specifications you supply. If those specifications change — quantity, size, substrate, finishing, file condition, or delivery requirements — the price may change, and we will tell you before proceeding. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days where no period is stated.
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. We may decline any order at our discretion.
4. Your Files and Artwork
When you send us artwork, files, logos, images, text, or other material for production, you confirm that:
- You own that material, or you hold all necessary licenses, permissions, and releases to have it reproduced;
- Reproducing it will not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or other right of any third party;
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited from being printed.
We are not obliged to verify ownership and do not do so. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from material you supplied to us for reproduction.
We may decline to print any material we consider unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable, without further obligation.
5. File Preparation
You are responsible for the files you supply, including spelling, grammar, dimensions, bleed, resolution, color mode, fonts, and layout. We are happy to advise, and our prepress checks catch many issues, but we do not proofread your content and we do not redesign files unless design work has been quoted and agreed.
Files supplied at low resolution, in the wrong color space, or without adequate bleed may be returned for correction, may delay your job, or may be printed as supplied at your direction and at your risk.
6. Proofs and Color
Where a proof is issued, production does not begin until you approve it. Your approval is confirmation that the content, spelling, layout, and specifications are correct. Errors approved at proof stage become your responsibility, and corrections after approval may incur additional cost.
Color reproduction is subject to normal commercial tolerances. Colors on a monitor, a desktop print, or a proof will differ from the finished piece, and results vary between substrates, ink sets, and print processes. Reprints and reorders may show slight variation from an earlier run. If exact color is critical, tell us before production so we can discuss a matching proof or a specified color standard.
7. Turnaround and Delivery
Turnaround times, including any expedited turnaround we offer, run from approval of the final proof and receipt of print-ready files, not from the date of enquiry. They are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless we have confirmed a firm deadline in writing.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, equipment failure, shipping and freight delays, weather, permitting delays, or a lack of site access on installation day.
8. Installation, Surveys, and Permits
Where we carry out sign surveys, fabrication, permit filing, or installation, you are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the site, and for obtaining any landlord, association, or tenancy consent required. Permit approval is at the discretion of the relevant authority; we cannot guarantee that a permit will be granted or the timeframe for a decision.
9. Quantities, Claims, and Cancellation
Custom production is made specifically for you and generally cannot be resold, so orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel, tell us immediately; you remain responsible for work completed and materials committed up to that point.
Please inspect your order on receipt. Any claim relating to a defect, shortage, or error must be raised with us promptly and in any event within a reasonable period of delivery, so that we can inspect the goods. Where we are at fault, our remedy is to reprint the affected portion of the job or credit it, at our option.
10. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice. A deposit may be required before production begins, particularly on large-format, fabrication, or installation work. Title to goods passes to you on payment in full.
11. Our Content
The content of this site — including text, layout, graphics, photographs, and the Chromagraphx name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

16. Changes to These Terms
